Our Plug & Play Polaris kit is a direct plug-in system for 2016+ Polaris SXS. Kits arrive pre-configured allowing you to plug it in and get right to it! (except KAI-5503 which includes a blank Control Module)

KAI-5521 is by far the most common, using a standard 3-port boost controller with 12-position switch. Simply plug in the included harness to the pulse bar and the diagnostic port, then select which boost level you want. (instructions are included) The power output from the Kaizen Relay controls the intercooler fan automatically based on Engine RPM (won't drain your battery when in the key-on position)

KAI-5522 is the same as KAI-5521 but with a 4-port solenoid intended for external wastegated vehicles in order to control a wider boost range. 

This is the first and only power harness with the ability to control devices using vehicle data from the diagnostic port!

This plug-n-play power harness for 2016+ Polaris models with factory installed Pulse Bar  plugs directly into the factory Pulse Bar to provide power and ground to our Solid-State Kaizen Relay in order to power any device you want (up to 40 amps). The harness also has a diagnostic port breakout connector so you can access the vehicles CAN information and control up to three outputs via the Kaizen Relay Control Module.
